      1. President: Going crazy.  School and weight loss have taken a lot out of me.  Really stress out.  Attendance at the software engineering presentation was pretty bad. 
      2. VP: Keep tabs on the projects.
      3. Treasurer: Nothing to report.   My manager from the computer bookstore is interested in having an ACM game event at the bookstore. 
      4. Secretary: Nothing to report.
      5. Event: Game Event was alright. People came and yeah...I do not know how much we made that night.  Particpating orgs have distracted from the main event unfortunately.
      6. Fundrasing: Still debating when to host Avenue 3.  Anaheim or LA for baseball fundraising?  Still working on April's fundraiser.   
      7.  Historian: Uploaded all the pictures to the server.  
      8. Librarian: Finish my part on the database project.
      9. Membership Chair: 15 new people signed up from eWeek and the Softare Engineering presentation.
      10. Office Tech: eWeek Game Night: Had a ps3, N64, Rockband, and EAT's arcade. Small little LAN party.
      11. Public Chair: Working on ways to advertise ACM-W. 
      12. Vendor: Nothing to report. Need to go shopping real soon because our Treasurer is going on a vacation next week.

        1. Steve Gold wants to host a local competition on Saturday, April 16th at the computer science department.  Need help on this and reach out to the bookstore for some decent prizes. Programming team is every Thursday night at 7:30 PM.

      6. Purchase SAMSUNG SCX Series SCX-4623FW MFC / All-In-One Up to 23 ppm Monochrome Wireless Laser Printer - 153 + 15.01 (TAX) + 1.99 (S&H) = $170.99
        1. President: Feel that it is not a good idea due to its costs.
